Job description
• To receive, put away and issue the products by right quantity and quality without loss/damages and also maintain the safe working environment by means of strictly following the safety measures • To collaborate with other department for ISO audit.
• To deliver the right quantity at the right time as per hospitals and customer’s request and to collect the cash form customers and hospitals
• Management and monitoring all the warehouse operations and distribution process
• Management and monitoring to the daily way plan
• Cooperate and coordinate with other related team for better distribution outcome
• Monitoring and record the vehicles maintenance cost and data
• Report to relevant management fuel changes, cost of transportation with outsource services and vehicles maintenance cost
• Supervise and evaluate warehouse and distribution staff, workers
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Any graduate • Diploma in Supply Chain Management is preferred
• Minimum (5) years of experience in logistics industry with supervising role
• Knowledge of distribution process, way and route plan
• Computer proficiency for productivity and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skill, negotiating skill, analytical and problem-solving skill
• Ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations and distribution operation thoroughly
• Train employees according to warehouse’s operation and distribution standards
• English language proficiency (4 skills)
• Proactive and service oriented, Energetic, Team Spirit
• Able to travel
