Cover Letter ဆိုတာကို online အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာ မ်ားမွာ တြင္တြင္က်ယ္က်ယ္ၾကီးကိုေတြ႔ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ အျပင္မွာအလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္တာဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ online မွာ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာတင္တာဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္အလုပ္ ေခၚသူဟာ တစ္ခ်ိန္တည္းအတြင္းမွာ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာေပါင္းမ်ားစြာကို လက္ခံရရိွ သြားႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ လူစိတ္ ဝင္စားျပီး ကမ္းလွမ္းခ်က္သာလြန္တဲ့ အလုပ္ေခၚဆိုၿခင္းတိုင္းမွာ ရာႏွင့္ေထာင္ႏွင့္ ခ်ီေသာ CV မ်ားဟာ ေရာက္ ရိွလို႔သြားမွာပါ (eg Telenor , Ooredoo)။ အဲသည္အတြက္ အလုပ္ေခၚဆို သူမ်ားဟာ ေလွ်ာက္ထားသူမ်ားျပား လွတဲ့ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္လႊာ CV မ်ားကို ေလ့လာဖတ္ရႈ ႏိုင္ဖို႔ အတြက္အခ်ိန္မ်ားစြာအသံုးၿပဳၿပီး CV မ်ားကို စိစစ္ေရြးခ်ယ္ရေတာ႔မွာပါ။ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္ထားတဲ့ CV တိုင္းမွာလည္း အလုပ္ေခၚသူအတြက္လို အပ္တဲ့ ကိုက္ ညီမႈ ကြ်မ္းက်င္မႈ အရည္အေသြး ပညာေရး စသည္မ်ားကိုရွာေဖြ ႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္ filing cost (သို႔) printing cost မ်ားဟာလည္း အလုပ္ေခၚသူမ်ားအတြက္ မလိုလားအပ္တဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြၿဖစ္ၿပီး စာမ်က္ႏွာ ၂ မ်က္ႏွာ အထက္ရိွ ေသာ CV ေတြကိုလည္း စိစစ္ဖတ္ရႈႏိုင္ဖို႔ အခ်ိန္ေျမာက္ျမားစြာၾကာျမင္႔မွာပါ။
