In case the description, responsibility and job content is properly defines you can easily approach the right candidates, make clarity on employees responsibilities, be able to evaluate employees' performance, and so on.

Delivering sales and cost managing according to Company budget. Manage and set objectives for teams, review performance against set objectives.

• A minimum of 10 years retail and head of retail or regional management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Be commercially aware and possess in depth experience of working towards KPIs
• Ability to plan, priorities and cope under pressure
