How to become sales manager?
Sales Managers are responsible for leading a sales team, helping them get organised and motivating them to reach their targets.
They can work in a number of different disciplines, and sell products or services to a wide range of clients. However, the purpose for sales manager is to get the most out of their team and help them achieve their core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
