၂။ စီမံကိန္းတင္ျပခ်က္တြင္ ပါဝင္မည့္ ပစၥည္းကိရိယာမ်ားကို ရင္းႏွီးကၽြမ္းဝင္ေအာင္ ႀကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္ ကိုင္တြယ္ေလ့က်င့္ထားျခင္း

၃။ လုပ္ငန္းစီမံကိန္းထဲတြင္ ပါဝင္မည့္ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္ပုိင္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ ႀကိဳတင္ေလ့လာထားျခင္း

၄။ အစီအမံမ်ားတင္ျပေနစဥ္အတြင္း မွားယြင္းမႈမ်ား၊ လုိအပ္ခ်က္မ်ား ေပၚေပါက္လာပါက တင္ျပမႈ ရပ္ဆိုင္းသြားျခင္းမရွိေအာင္ ဒုတိယ အစီအမံမ်ားကို ျပင္ဆင္ေရးဆြဲထားရွျခင္း။

အေထာက္အကူျပဳပစၥည္းမ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ၊ ပရိုဂ်က္တာမ်ား အလုပ္မလုပ္ျခင္း။ မီးပ်က္ျခင္း။ သတ္မွတ္ထားသည့္ ဦးေရထက္တိုး၍ အစည္းအေဝးတက္ေရာက္ျခင္း၊ လူမစံုျခင္း။ အဓိက အဆံုးအျဖတ္ေပးမည့္သူ အေၾကာင္းေၾကာင္းေၾကာင့္ အစည္းအေဝး မတက္ေရာက္ႏိုင္ျခင္းႏွင့္ အျခား မေမွ်ာ္လင့္ႏိုင္ေသာ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ား။

ထိုသို႔ေသာ မွားယြင္းမႈမ်ားအတြက္ အထိေရာက္ဆံုး ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္မည့္နည္းလမ္းမွာ အစီအမံႏွင့္ပတ္ေသာ တင္ျပခ်က္မ်ားကို ကြန္ပ်ဴတာျဖင့္ စီစဥ္တင္ျပျခင္းအျပင္ (soft copy)၊ စာရြက္မိတၱဴ (hard copy) ကိုပါ ျပင္ဆင္ထားျခင္း၊ အေရအတြက္ကို အစည္းအေဝးတက္ေရာက္မည့္သူထက္ ပိုမိုျပင္ဆင္ထားျခင္းႏွင့္ အစည္းအေဝးသံုးသပ္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေဆြးေႏြးညွိႏိႈင္းမႈမ်ားကို အစည္းအေဝးတက္ေရာက္သူမ်ားထံသို စာရြက္မွတ္တမ္းအျပင္၊ mail ျဖင့္ပါ ပူးတြဲတင္ျပႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ အစည္းအေဝးမွတ္တမ္းကို ျပဳစုထားရွိျခင္းသည္ လတ္တေလာ အဆင္ေျပႏိုင္မည့္ ႀကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္မႈမ်ားျဖစ္သည္။
