Job description
- Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails & telephones
- Act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in services rendered by the business organization.
- Undertake and monitor researches to provide highly needed support for business plan.
- Develop company strategies and operations, examine risks and potentials, estimate customers' needs and goals
- Conduct research and also make delivery on any intelligence that will have strong impact on proposition development for any new investment project of the organization.
- Contribute to the management of the organization’s systems to ensure things are done accurately.
- Follow up the sales activities of the organization to complete clients visit reports and system development.
- Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different customers’ requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.


Desired Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or any related diploma/certificate in business administration.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Problem solving skill and negotiation skills.
- Able to do multi task and work under a dynamic and high pressure environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Computer literate.
- Good at English language
- Specialized knowledge
