Job description
- Manage the team for efficient performance

- Maintain the employment contract align with labor law

- Working closely with managers of various departments, to ensure policies are being implemented

- Supervising the recruitment process

- Making sure the required talent and experience is on board

- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training – including inductions for new staff

- Administration payroll and maintaining employee records

- Negotiations with employees regarding wage

- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting and training program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews

- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures

- Maintain historical human resource records by a filing and keeping personal records.

- Handling payroll system , calculation OT hours and ensure to pay on time monthly basic

- Preparing Income Tax calculation for expats and local, SSB calculation and Bonus calculation for all employees

- Preparing monthly reports, weekly reports as needed for management

- Maintaining up to date employees list, resignation list, turn over ration list in order to track

- Updating all manual reports as per company standard

- Handling all administrative tasks which needed for the operation

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Updating Organization Chart on weekly basic

- Maintaining personal data to input in the SAP system and must know knowledge of SAP system for operation

- Handling insurance for employees and office, contracts update and others administrative tasks

- Preparing and updating the employment contract to align with government labor law

- Create scheme to reduce turnover ratio
