Job description
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
1. Provide assistance to HR Officer and all departments regarding staff recruitment.
2. Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
3. Schedule and organize interviews.
4. Participate in applicant interviews as required.
5. Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
6. Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
7. Inform unsuccessful applicants.
8. Ensure to provide staff orientations to all new joiners.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
1. To prepare and distribute employee contracts as well as other documents relating to employment and entitlement to compensation.
2. To maintain and update salary schedules.
3. Monitoring employee’s attendant and overtime on monthly basis.
4. To monitor annual leave, sick leave and all type of leaves for each employee and distribute status report for inclusion in payroll records.
5. To prepare and submit payroll information to Finance department for all employees.
6. To assist to maintain annual salary survey, increment base on market situation and preparing regular survey and salary review report
to Senior Management.
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
1. To prepare and maintain all HR related budgets such as recruitment & selection, training & development and human resources administration and so on.
2. To establish and maintain a quality employee records system of personnel files containing application materials, official transcripts, licensure documentation, and other related data.
3. To operate human resource management systems (HR related Software), that will enable the office to quickly respond to requests
for information.
4. Monitoring employee attendance, overtime and staff movement (transfer, promotion, demotion, resignation and termination, etc,)
5. Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
1. Facilitate the training and development needs of the company with responsibilities for assessing the training needs, preparing the total company training plan and budget, deploying and implementing training program to meet organizational objectives.
2. Facilitate and deliver the trainings ( OJT, internal and external)
3. Organize team, building exercises and workshops.
4. To distribute and coordinate all documentation pertaining to employee evaluations.
5. Conducts performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
EMPLOYEE WELL BEING
1. Alert to any issues that may have a potential negative impact to the well-being of the working environment and address them in a timely manner with the appropriate authorities.
2. Monitor work conditions for employees’ health and safety requirements.
3. Monitoring SSB contribution on monthly base.
4. Organize employees’ functions (monthly/quarterly /annual party, staff outing etc.)
5. Assure employee health care program and suitable Social Welfare Programs are implemented in the organization.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
1. Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors on human resource and work related issues.
2. Provided assistance to other departments to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in
policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
3. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Job Descriptions (JD) are established for all Departmental functions and the team
members understand their responsibilities, empowerment and accountability.
4. Plays an importance role on employee’s disciplinary and counseling matters.
5. To maintain and distribute Employee Handbook.
6. Implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
7. Assists to prepare monthly human resource department report to HR Manager.
8. To perform other duties as assigned by Management.

resources or equivalent combination of education and experience in the HRM

Working Conditions
• This is a full-time position. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• Days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
