Job description
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the HR department focal point for employees who need advice, information, or support from Human Resources;
• Maintain HR records;
• Ensures that all new employees are provided with comprehensive induction information at the appropriate times when they join the company and that an exit interview is held with all employees who resign;
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits;
• Ensure effective implementation of recruitment and selection processes (encompassing Job Vacancy Announcement, CV collections, CV Screening, Personal Interview, Final Selection etc.,)designed to identify and attract high calibre candidates;
• Undertake an analysis of all completed performance review forms to identify learning and development needs of employees.
• Cooperate with line managers in ensuring that identified needs are met, and where appropriate, may identify and arrange for suitable training;
• Prepare reports and statistics to assist Senior Management in their review of data;
• Investigate and responded equitably to grievances and disciplinary issues when arising;
• Work closely with line management to maintain a positive work environment by ensuring that competency and conduct issues are proactively addressed in a constructive manner;
• Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service, as required.

Desired Skills and Expertise
REQUIREMENTS
• Any University Graduate.
• Age between 20 -27 years.
• Must have minimum 2 years work experience in related job.
• Must have knowledge in HR policies and procedures.
• Computer Literate.
• Good command of English Language.
• Must have HR related certificate.
