Job description
• Answer, Screen and forward any incoming phone calls
• Receive and direct visitors and clients
• Receive daily mails, deliveries, couriers and distribution
• Assist with other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying etc.,
• Maintain telecommunication systems
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assisting and supporting in overall general administration jobs
• Manage the travel desk and ensure travel tickets, hotel bookings and visas


Desired Skills and Expertise
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent university degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Consideration will also be given to fresh graduates with good educational background.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Solid communication skills, telephone skills, verbal communication, listening, informing others
• Fluent in English or Chinese speaking
