Job description
-Achieving individual and team targets.Responding to email and phone inquiries.
-Can be make negotiate customer for appoiment.
- promote and to sell the IT related product to the market
-Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet and exceed targets.
-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via
telephone and emails.
-Attending team meetings and sharing best practice.
-Promoting products and services.
-Working with Sales Quotations, Invoice, Sales Order , Delivery Order
and necessary documentation.
-Checking and verifying client information and maintaining database.
-Communication and negotiation with customers.
-Write up reporting to Assistant Sales Managers.
-To be able to analyses readily information before formulating the plan.
Perticipate in daily marketing and sales cold –call /meeting.
-Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or
via meetings telephone etc.
-Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
-Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations
regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
-Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
-Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
-Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
-Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
-Within each team, you own all areas of your job responsibility for the successful completion
of every job, to the absolute satisfaction of all of our customers.

-Provides prompt and effective follow-up of leads and new prospects.
Creates and maintains strong relationships with clients, prospective clients and referral
sources to increase customer satisfaction and generate referral business.

-Within guidelines for margins, develops accurate price quotations and agreements with
major clients as required.

-Works with accounting department to provide prompt and courteous follow-up
and investigations of delinquent accounts as necessary.

-Develops and participates in leads groups, attends business development functions, cold
calls and conducts with new prospective clients.

- Maintains a current working knowledge of developments in the industry and related
products, applications, and design concepts.
-Can be makecontact and work with clients, attend sales shows, manage accounts and
input data into the client database. Some even represent their company at events,
often working as a team with other In-house sales.
-To maintain and generate sales by proactively contacting new and existing customers. To
work as part of the sales team and provide excellent customer service to ensure
the department achieves its objectives and profit targets.



Desired Skills and Expertise
-Bachelor Degree ,Diploma or equivalent .
-Age between (20-28)years around.
-Sale&Ma rketing Management Diploma or Certificate more prefer.
-Strong knowledge in sale field.
-Excellent consultative selling skills.
-(2)years and above experiences in related field.
-Especially for IT and network devices sales.
-Have sale knowledge in IT.
-Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
-Required good English 4 Skills .
-Can be use computer efficiently.
-Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
-Good personality,excellent internal and external personal skill,good team woker,active,
self-confidence.
-The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
-Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
-Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets
-Last but not the least; the candidate should have some work experience in facing
the customers.
