The Yangon factory is a long term strategy to recaputre some medium-high end cable assembly business for export market. Intial production scale is comparing small in order to give sufficent time to build the system and develop middle managment team for further growth.
We are setting up a maunfacturing facility in Yangon and looking for some middle managment for production control, planning, quality control, engineering and maintainance and HR as well.
Wisechamp Electronic is a Japan/HongKong joint venture company. Currently have a factory in China with roughly 1500 employees. The core business is doing the electronic cable assembly, connectors and other electronic product assembly for high speed application.
Our competence in the market is strong and stable quality concept through out the whole supply chain. Management style is a combination of modernise managemnt control skill and balance with humanise sense. working envirnoment need to be clear and safe to meet the 5S concept; and all the production area and office need to be air conditioned control.
