Member Account, Password, and Security
If any of the Jobless Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You arefully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify jobless.com.mm immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Jobless.com.mm will not be liable for any loss that you may happen as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Jobless or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of Jobless.com.mm Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Jobless Services may contain e-mail services, bulletin board services, chat platforms, posting jobs, reply to applications from jobseekrs, news groups, forums, communities, personal web blog and pages, calendars, photo albums, file cabinets and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others and mostly jobseekers. You agree to use the Jobless Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular jobless Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Jobless Communication Services, you will not:

However, Jobless reserves the right to review materials posted to the Jobless Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Jobless reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of Jobless Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Jobless reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Jobless.com.mm deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Jobless' sole discretion.

However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting ("Posting") your Submissions (job postings, logo usage when posting a job, advertising banners) you are granting Jobless.com.mm, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submissions in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses (including, without limitation, all Jobless.com.mm Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; to publish your company name in connection with your Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Jobless is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and Jobless may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.

Rules regarding Posting, Conduct and Security.
The following rules apply to your use of the Sites and/or the Services. The list of rules is for illustration only and is not a complete list of all posting, conduct and security rules.
Job Posting rules and Regulations
(I) You may not post any Document to a Site that contains: (1) URLs or links to web sites other than to recruitment related pages on your company web site (to advertise your company or web site, contact us email@example.com ); (2) copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright or have the owner's permission to post the copyrighted material); (3) trade secrets (unless you own them or have the owner's permission to post them); (4) material that infringes on or misappropriates any other intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of others; (5) irrelevant keywords or white text keywords (including any words embedded in the Document and hidden from the User); (6) anything that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful; or (7) anything that is embarrassing or offensive to another person or entity;(8) anything connected to human trafficking hiring practices, child labor propositions or jobs related to prostitution
(II) You may not use a Document(s) to: (1) impersonate another person, living or dead; (2) post false, inaccurate or misleading information, opinions or notices (commercial or otherwise) or chain letters; (3) post advertisements, or solicitations of business (including, but not limited to, email processors, any pyramid scheme or "club membership"); provided, however that Jobless Myanmar may allow posting of certain training and business opportunities (see (V) below).
(III) Your Document(s) must contain sufficient detail to convey clearly to the User the nature and requirements of the job opportunity, or, in the case of Users seeking employment, your qualifications as a candidate for employment. Documents that encourage the User to "email for more details" are not permitted.
(IV) Job postings must describe individual job openings. You may not advertise multiple job openings in a single posting.
(V) Sometimes Jobless allows non-traditional job postings such as education/training, business opportunities, franchise, and multi-level marketing opportunities to be posted on Jobless Sites. These non-traditional job postings may require an investment of time and/or money by the User seeking the position. Jobless reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to move, modify, or remove entirely a non-traditional job posting if Jobless deems such job posting to conflict with the best interests of its Users or detract from the User experience.
(f) Resume postings must contain the accurate resume of a living individual seeking employment on a full-time, part-time, or contractual basis on his or her own behalf.
(g) Jobless is under no obligation to monitor the Documents posted on the Sites, but it may monitor Documents at random. Documents found to violate the above Posting Rules may be removed at Jobless sole discretion.
Rules of Conduct
(I) You may not respond to postings by other Users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e., to apply for the job or to initiate further discussion with the candidate). Communications soliciting the Employer's business are prohibited.
(II) You may not send unsolicited commercial email to Users.
(III) Protect your password. Your Jobless account and any related Services accessed through such account are to be accessed and used solely by you. Upon your successful registration for a Jobless account, you will be provided with a unique password that will permit you to access the account. You may not provide your password or otherwise permit access to your Jobless account to any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You agree to protect and keep your password confidential, to change your password on a regular basis, and to maintain appropriate and regularly updated malware scanning and cleaning tools on your network and individual computer(s). You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not authorized by you. If others use your password to post inappropriate material on the Sites, you risk losing your access to the Sites. You agree to notify Jobless immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.
(IV) Report inappropriate postings or conduct to firstname.lastname@example.org.
(V) You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
(VI) If at any time Jobless.com.mm comes to the understanding that you: (a) misled Jobless regarding your business practices and/or services, or (b) purchased services that do not represent your precise business, Jobless Myanmar reserves the right to terminate your Agreement.
