Job description
Responsibilities:

• Review all types of vendor invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness, including proper documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, coding, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data in the Accounting System.
• Prepare AP voucher and Payment Voucher with approval documents and correctness.
• Clear Cash Advance to employee and Advance to Operation
• Ability to handle AP inquiries and follow through to completion
• Assist in monthly and annual sub ledger and account closings and accounts reconciliation bank account, all a/c advances and AP Aging within KPI.
• Recheck and record accrual revenue and job cost from FMIS within KPI.
• Preparing filing Tax and Tax obligation to the Tax department within dateline.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Firm and Office policy and accepted accounting practices.
• Manage account payable routines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.
• Perform financial audit and liaise with the external auditors.
• Call follow up customers for payment and deposit money to bank account.
• Helping and supervising team to resolve problem.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports or information to support Management team
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned by line manager and management
Desired Skills and Expertise
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must.
 At least 3-5 years of experience in full accounting functions; AP, AR, FA and GL, and Financial Reporting & Budgeting in a similar position of a medium to large organization.
 Good understanding for IFRS, tax rules and regulations, as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Standards/practices
 Must be able to manage monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes.
 Proficient in English – written, reading, and writing
 Able to work independently and also good in managing team.
 Accuracy and correctness of data and documents
 Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively.
 Proficient in Microsoft office and experience in Accounting System / ERP would be advantages.
