Job description
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance management.
• Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts.
• Support performance appraisal processes and assist in talent development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Manage and Provide day-to-day Admin service to the office, including office facilities, procurement, vehicle management.
• Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Maintain and manage the inventory control, asset control.
• Regularly check and update vehicle maintenance, building maintenance, insurance.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as the Admin and HR executive role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
