Super Seven Stars International Trading Co., Ltd was established in 2001 as a trading firm selling Japanese electronic appliances as well as passenger and commercial vehicles and automobile spare parts.
From 2012, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd has become an appointed distributor of Kia Motors Corporation (KMC) and SsangYong Motors Company in Myanmar. The Exclusive Distributorship agreement with KMC allowed SSS to open the first brand new car showroom in Myanmar in 2013.
Currently, SSS Co., Ltd sells Kia passenger cars (Compacts, Saloons, SUV, MPV, Light Trucks) are imported and sold throughout Myanmar through 8 Sales Showrooms. After receiving SsangYong Motors Co., Ltd's Exclusive Distributorship agreement, SSS has been selling SUV, MPV and Double Cabin Pickup cars through our sales outlets across Myanmar.
Job description
• Assist with day to day operations of the administration department.• Assist to Admin executive for travel, hotel and dinning arrangement as needed.
• Assist to Admin Executive for meeting arrangements, reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems.
• Assistant to Admin executive for uniform, safety shoe and raincoat for all employees in yearly issue.
• Update phone contact and email address for all employee.
• Purchase by stationary, cleaning accessories, fixed assets and maintenance for all department in monthly.
• Provide to team superior’s work as needed.
• Checking and purchase for all electronic material, Air-con, construction requirement Material.
• Water fitter change by daily with cleaner.
• Dealing with government office.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Any graduate (or) Associate's degree in a related Field.• Over one year experience in related field.
• Must be using MS office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
