Job description
• Project coordinator for successful implementation of farm management solution for the organization and a single point of contact for the project
• Manage all project related communication with stakeholders through strong relationship - building, product knowledge, planning and execution.
• Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting meetings and maintain track of follow up action items.
• Maintain a deep understanding of business operations and software product
• Drive a proactive approach contact strategy including project plans to drive deployment, change management and product adoption.
• Manage field team, corporate office, local partners and product suppliers expectations which will help foster business relationship
• Be the advocate for feedback and changes into the functional areas.
• Adopt a data-driven strategy to evaluate project KPIs in alignment with all the key stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• 2 - 3 years experience in project management especially agribusiness projects
• Hands on technical knowledge of software as a service and web based products
• Ability to communicate fluently (read, write and speak) in English
• Result oriented person with strong & professional communication skills
• Self driven individual
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or diploma in business management
