• Assess current and future business constructs and the corresponding HR service requirements these demand;
• Collaborate across the different business units in HR, including labor relations, staffing, training and development, metrics, and compensation and benefits.
• Provide HR leadership to significant change initiatives and provide service of current business constructs for the following: compensation, benefit and well knowledge to issue policy/procedures for applicability of evolving business needs.
• Participating in recruitment efforts including posting job description and organizing resumes and job applications
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up orientation training designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Administering new employment assessments
• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
• Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information including survey report.
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality and dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and able to improve performance through management feedback

• Any Graduate , and other HR Diploma holder is more preferable
• Minimum 4 years related experience in Multinational Company Experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Well knowledge with Training and Development function
• Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor law.
• Strong analytical skill, excellent communication, interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels staff.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategy support.
