ACECOOK MYANMAR CO., LTD is one of the Instant Noodle Company in Myanmar since 2014. To manufacturer semi-finished and finished product of instant noodles, export and sell wholesale domestically those products.

Job description
Job Description
• Ensure data accuracy within sales process
• Close the daily monthly sales, then report it to accounting.
• Understand all in sales process
• Work directly with sales team supporting all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Understand, control and manage the sales management system
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Responsible for overall sales administration (Issue Sales invoice, summarized daily/weekly/monthly sales report, crosscheck to deports, summarized to credit record, preparing required report for Sales Manager)
• Creating Sales Order in system
Desired Skills and Expertise
Requirement
• Must be a graduate with any degree
• Must have 4 years and above experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Internet, Email, etc.,
• English 4 skills (intermediate levels)
• Must have strong data analysis skills.
• Supporting the sales force with Sales administrative works (Such as data entry, sales data analysis, distribution trucking, calculation on Sales Incentive)
• Must be honest, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge in statistics and accounting
• Better have the sales planning which means to manage the supply and demand
• Be familiar with the sales management system
• Independent and creative thinker, enthusiastic and motivated person
