Job description
Position - Assistant Sales Manager
Department - Power System Application ( Sales & Marketing)
Location - Yangon
Report to - Dy MGR/ AGM ( Daily ,Weekly,Monthly report)

Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain good relationship between organization and clients by providing support, information and recommending new opportunities and profits
• Able to guide, motivate and manage the Sales Team to achieve the target
• Must have good awareness in market nature ( Competitors , Customer 's needs and wants)
• Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems.
• Able to check final quotations and prices
• Able to share technical knowledge and sales information
• Able to go appointments and discuss with customers
• Go to warehouse and check the new generators when every new generator container arrive
• Singing contract ,delivery to site & cash collect
• To report sales performance to Assistant General Manager
• To check credit list and discuss with account department
• Communicate and collaborate with HOD/ Management for business needs
• Ad hoc duties assigned by management

Desired Skills and Expertise
Requirements
• BE/ME (MP,EP) or Any Graduate which has strong knowledge and experiences in engineering field
• Diploma/ Certificate in Sale & Marketing or Business Management
• Age between 30 and 40
• At least 5 years experiences in the field of generator sales or other electrical products sales (Minimum 2 years of working experience as an Assistant Manager)
• Fluency in English (Four Skills)
• Excellence in teamwork, leadership, communication, presentation, problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Must be able to travel
• Adaptable to our company’s culture, policies and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Language skills
English (Intermediate)
