Job description
• တစ္ေန႔ တာ စာရင္းသြင္းရန္ အတြက္ Software ေန႔စဥ္ စာရင္းဖြင့္ျပင္ဆင္ရမည္။ • ေခ်းေငြေကာက္ခံရန္စာရင္းမ်ားကို ျပင္ဆင္ၿပီး သက္ဆိုင္ရာေနရာမ်ားတြင္သိမ္းဆည္းရမည္။
• ေငြရ Voucher Slip ၊ ေငြေပး Voucher Slip မ်ားကို Print ထုတ္၍ ေခ်းေငြေကာက္ခံရန္ျပင္ဆင္၇မည္။
• ေခ်းေငြထုတ္ေခ်းရန္အတြက္ ကနဦး စာရင္းသြင္းခ်က္မ်ား ျပဳလုပ္၇မည္။
• ေငြေခ်းယူမည့္အဖြဲ႕ဝင္ေဖာက္သည္အသစ္မ်ားရွိလၽွင္ ၄င္းတို႔ ၏ကိုယ္ေရး အခ်က္အလက္ မ်ားကို စာရင္းေရးသြင္းရမည္။
• ေခ်းေငြအေၾကေပးဆပ္ၿပိးေသာအဖြဲ႕ဝင္မ်ား၏ ေခ်းေငြစာရင္းမ်ားကို ပိတ္ရမည္။
• ပုံမွန္ေငြေပးေခ် မႈ ႏွင့္ မသက္ဆိုင္ေသာ ဂ်ာနယ္စာရင္းမ်ားကိုေရးသြင္းျခင္းရမည္။
• အဖြဲ႕ ဝင္မ်ား၏ မွတ္ပုံတင္၊ ေခ်းေငြ၊စုေဆာင္းေငြတို႔ႏွင္ပတ္သက္ေသာ Slip အစရွိသည္တို႔ ကို Scan ဖတ္၍ သိမ္းဆည္းရမည္။
• အဖြဲ႕ဝင္မ်ားမွတင္ျပလာေသာ စုေဆာင္းေငြကို ျပန္လည္ထုတ္ယူခြင့္ကို ရန္ကုန္႐ုံးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ တင္ျပခြင့္ျပဳမိန႔္
ေတာင္းခံရမည္။
• တစ္လတာေခ်းေငြထုတ္ေခ်းရန္အတြက္ လိုအပ္သည့္ေငြမ်ား တြက္ခ်က္၍ ရန္ကုန္႐ုံးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ တင္ျပေတာင္းခံရမည္။
• ေခ်းေငြအရာရွိမ်ား အကဲျဖတ္စစ္ေဆးထားၿပီးသည့္ Credit Assessment data အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို စာရင္းသြင္းရမည္။
• မျဖစ္မေန စုေဆာင္းေငြ Compulsory Deposit 5%၊ စိတ္ႀကိဳက္စုေဆာင္းေငြ Voluntary Demand Deposit ႏွင့္ အဖြဲ႕ဝင္မ်ားေပးဆပ္ရမည့္ ေငြစာရင္းႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ေန႔ စြဲမ်ား ကို Excel တြင္ Record လုပ္ရမည္။
• စိတ္ႀကိဳက္စုေဆာင္းေငြ Voluntary Demand Deposit ႏွင့္ မျဖစ္မေနစုေဆာင္းေငြ Compulsory Deposit 5% မ်ား ကို Calculation Sheet တြင္အေသးစိတ္စာရင္းသြင္းရမည္။
• ေကာက္ခံရရွိသည့္ မျဖစ္မေနစုေဆာင္းေငြကို Received Voucher ေနာက္တြင္ အေသးစိတ္ေဖာ္ျပတြဲထားရမည္။
• ေခ်းေငြေပးဆပ္မႈေနာက္က်သည့္အဖြဲ႕ဝင္မ်ား၏စာရင္းကို မွတ္တမ္းတင္ျခင္း ႏွင့္ ေႂကြးဆုံးမ်ားရွိလၽွင္ မွတ္တမ္း Record မ်ားေရးသြင္းျခင္းတို႔ကိုျပဳလုပ္ရမည္။
• Group File မ်ား၊ Loan File မ်ား လစဥ္ေပးပို႔ ရမည့္ FRD Report မ်ား ကို File တြဲျခင္းႏွင့္ လိုအပ္သည့္ စာရြက္ စာတမ္းမ်ားကို ျဖည့္သြင္းျခင္းတို႔ကိုေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
• စိတ္ႀကိဳက္စုေဆာင္းေငြ Voluntary Demand Deposit စာရင္းကို အပတ္စဥ္႐ုံးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ ေပးပို႔ ရမည္။
• ႐ုံးအတြက္ လိုအပ္သည့္စာေရးကရိယာမ်ား ၀ယ္ယူျခင္း ႏွင့္ထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္းတို႔ကိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
• မီတာခ ၊ Phone Bill မ်ား ကို အခ်ိန္မွီ သြားေရာက္ေပးေဆာင္ရမည္။
• ေငြရေျပစာ ေငြေပးေျပစာ ၊Journal Voucher မ်ား ကို ႐ုံးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ လစဥ္ေပးပို ရမည္။
• ပုံေသပိုင္ ပစၥည္းစာရင္းမ်ား ကို မွတ္တမ္းတင္ျခင္း ႏွင့္ ထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္းတို႔ကိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
• လိုအပ္၍ ေပးအပ္ေသာအျခားတာဝန္မ်ားကိုလည္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
Desired Skills and Expertise
• တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွဘြဲ႕ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။• LCCI I, II လက္မွတ္ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• စာရင္းပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အၾကဳံအနည္းဆုံး (၁) ႏွစ္ရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
• လူမႈဆက္ဆံေရးေလ့လာသင္ယူမႈ ႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈမ်ား ေကာင္းမြန္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
• Computer ကၽြမ္းက်င္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။(MS Word, Excel, Outlook(email))
