Job description
- Supporting the senior team members in identifying and generating leads for potential
clients and partners, including initiating and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate in creating compelling business proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events relating to Business Development activities.
- Crafting market analysis trends including customer behaviors, emerging competitors
dynamics, and industry innovations, and providing comprehensive insights.
- Staying up to date with marketing content and sales messaging.
- Maintaining and updating accurate records of Business Development activities, contacts,
and interaction records in the Database.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, potential clients, partners,
and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Addressing inquiries, client concerns, feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction
effectively and timely.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various
levels of management, staff, and clients
- Collaborating in cross-functional activities, including marketing, sales, product
development, and project activities to implement business development.
-Provide regular reports and updates on sales and business development activities to the management team
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven 1year+ experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer service,
or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, email, and internet.
- Proficiency in both English and Burmese languages.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to drive a car and having a driving license is a plus.
