The Company was established by enthusiastic and energetic engineers aiming to serve its customers with outstanding services. The Company offers a range of engineering and contracting services that start from surveying, engineering design and drafting, project cost estimation to construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, general renovation work, interior decoration work and Infrastructure civil work and earthwork.
With the workforce of having international experience, the company is carrying out Mechanical, Electrical and Piping design and installation work which includes Electrical Power Distribution system of High Voltage to Low Voltage, Plumbing and Sanitary system, Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation system, Security and Communication system and Disaster prevention system like Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting etc.

In order to facilitate the demanding growth of the industry, the Company is preparing itself and aiming to provide its services at internationally recognized standards.

• To get contacts of new Potential Clients, do necessary introduction and get physical meeting appointments.
• Write report the status of networking with Potential Clients and explain at Departmental Meetings
• To attend meetings with Potential Clients and explain about the services of the Company and, if required, by power point presentation.
• To follow up sources of tender invitations in order to receive tender invitations from Potential Clients and Existing Clients in time.
• To keep positive and healthy relationships with Existing Clients such as making phone calls, organizing lunches and dinners, etc.
• Develop and maintain clients’ information database and project tracking database and the progress of reports on the findings to management
• To attend meetings, forum, events, investment fairs as assigned by the Departmental Head.
• Help the company in achieving ambitious goal by finding ways to increase revenue and profit

o Age between 23-35
o Any Degree Holder, MBA or Business Diploma Holder if preferred. Those who has working experience in construction company has advantage.
o Excellent English written and verbal communication is a must
o Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, etc.
o Minimum 3 years’ experience in external relations in construction industry
o Business Development and Marketing Experience with International Organization, Multi National Corporation and Government/ Private institutions is preferred.
o Excellent presentation and communication skill
o Excellent interpersonal skill and Pro-active
o Passionate, motivated and committed
