• Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Execute daily cash operations, including bank reconciliations and fund transfers.
• Analyze and report on daily cash fluctuations.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Evaluate cash requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Investigate and rectify variances in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular cash reports summarizing cash activities and positions.
• Provide insights into cash flow trends and deviations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in cash management processes.
• Implement improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules related to cash accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Cash Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
