Job description
• MD မွညႊန္ၾကားေသာ Project အတြက္လိုအပ္သည့္ Presentation မ်ားျပင္ဆင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။• ဌာနဆိုင္ရာသို႔လိုအပ္ေသာ Presentation ျပဳလုပ္ေပးရမည္။
• Project အလိုက္ Drawing မ်ားအား Designer မ်ား ႏွင့္ညႈိႏႈိင္းၿပီး MDထံသို႔တင္ျပႏိုင္ရမည္။MD ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္ေပၚမူတည္ၿပီး Archie, Structure, M&E မ်ားအတည္ျပဳ ေရးဆြဲၿ႔ပီး Account မွတဆင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာSite သို႔ေပးပို႔ေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
• လုပ္ငန္းအႀကီး၊ အေသးေပၚမူတည္ၿပီး Account မွတင္ျပေသာ Contract မ်ားအားေရြးခ်ယ္အတည္ျပဳၿပီး MDသို႔အတည္ျပဳခ်က္ေတာင္းခံရမည္။လုပ္ငန္းအမ်ိဳးအစားေပၚၿပီး အသံုးျပဳမည့္ Meterials မ်ားအားစီစစ္ေရႊးခ်ယ္ၿပီး MDသို႔တင္ျပအတည္ျပဳ ဆံုးျဖတ္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
• လုပ္ငန္းမစတင္မွီ Project အလိုက္ Survey Dataမ်ားအားစီစစ္ၿပီး Design Section အားညႊန္ၾကားႏိုင္ရမည္။
• Project မ်ားသိိို႔ပစၥည္းေရာက္ရွိမႈ၊ (အခ်ိန္မွီၿပီးစီးမႈ) မ်ားအား ACE(or)ကိုယ္တိုင္သြားေရာက္စစ္ေဆးျခင္း၊ ပစၥည္းအမ်ိဳးအစားမ်ားအရည္အေသြးစစ္ေဆးျခင္း၊ Site အခက္အခဲမ်ားအားေျဖရွင္းေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
• Permit Drawing ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာလုပ္ထံုး၊ လုုပ္နည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ Drawings, Document မ်ား၊ ေတာင္းခံလာေသာပစၥည္းစာရင္းႏွင့္ အမ်ိဳးအစားမ်ား၊ ေငြBill မ်ားအား Final အဆံုးအျဖတ္ေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
Desired Skills and Expertise
• B.E(Civil)ဘြဲ႔ရရွိၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။• အသက္(၄၀ ႏွင့္ ၅၀)ၾကားျဖစ္ရမည္။
• အထက္ျမင့္အေဆာက္အဦ အတြက္လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ (၁၅)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
• သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ ႏွစ္(၂၀)အထက္ရွိရမည္။
• Computer, Design, Photoshop, Project Schedule, Excle, Auto CAD မ်ားရ ရမည္။
• လူမႈ/ဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
• English စကားေျပာ/ အေရးအသား ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈရွိရမည္။
• လုပ္ငန္းအေပၚစိတ္၀င္စားမႈရွိရမည္။ အခ်ိန္ကာလၾကာရွည္စြာလုပ္ကုိင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
