Supreme is in collaboration with and develops joint venture with MNCs in Power Sector (Power Transmission, Power Generation), Real Estate, Hotels, Dairy Farm and Agriculture Sector. We are also trading commodities, machineries, chemicals and general products. Organizational development Manager of Supreme Trading Co; Ltd, Myanmar having deep expertise in Organizational Development and who can adopt internal and external best practices to design and develop a specific HR product, processes needed to deliver the culture , capability , behaviors and performance along with hands on knowledge on strategic business agenda and competitive advantage.

We are in collaboration and develop joint venture with MNCs in Power Sectors, Water & Waste Water Treatment Projects, Real Estate Development, Dairy Farm, Hotel Project and Agriculture Sectors.

• Effective execution of all project agreements for both projects and consult with internal and external advisors as well as projects consultant for the effective execution of all projects.
• Managing each project teams and operational support team to fulfill their respective key respective indicators.
• Managing partner relationships (including reporting) and to control & monitoring the JV companies.
• Leading sub-contract agreements based on the project’s defined scope of work in accordance with targets set.
• Leading and managing efficiently in business development, commercial and operations, technical, feasibility and investigative and project management sections.
• Compiling the strategy and master plan for competitive advantages over competitors by successfully managing and leading commercial, operations, technical, special projects for development agencies, project implementation control sectors.
• Reviewing plans and specifications for design, engineering and implementation adequacy.
• Managing the construction schedules, quality and project timeline to be met in targeted date for each project
• Developing and inspire a team to implement the strategy and to achieve objectives and targets.
• Reviewing annual business plan and quarterly forecast process for the company (if any);
• Leading and managing efficiently in business development, commercial and operations, technical, feasibility and investigative and project management sections.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• B.E (Civil/ Mechanical/ EP), M.E (Civil/ Mechanical/ EP) preferably with MBA (or) Completion of a Master degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7~10 Years’ power generation project and infrastructure related background in multinational corporation or company of repute with structured process and procedure.
• Good understanding about organization structure, standard operating procedure, and work procedures specifically in engineering procurement & construction of power sector environment.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent English skills (4 Skills).
• Able to travel and stay in branch office
