• Responsible for settlement and reconciliation of transaction and Cash Flow.
• Maintaining Trading Book and Reconciliation of both Banking and Trading Book.
• Daily and monthly valuation of bank related transactions.
• Responsible for maintaining General Ledger and necessary journal entries and reviewing monthly account reconciliation.
• Responsible for managing all finance controls and accounting processes, management of accurate and timely financial reports to CFO.
• Responsible for reviewing and interpreting new CBM regulations which impact regulatory reporting.
• Daily reconciliation and inform related department if there is any discrepancy
• Participate in the development of Treasury Management System
• Participate financial modelling, business plan assessment and analysis on potential P&L
• Develop accounting and management policies & procedures.
• Oversee and monitoring the accuracy of accounting entries in ensuring with Accounting Standards.
• Other ad hoc duties as prescribed by Management to assist in achieving Finance Department objectives.
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and local regulators
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecast for Funding
• Produce high quality work output to required standards.
• Work effectively to meet deadlines and organize workload and priorities
• Produce consolidated budget and forecasts in line with timetable agreed with Management & CFO.

• ACCA / CPA or its equivalent with telecommunication industry background
• Highly proficient Microsoft Office user especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Substantial accounting experience in a busy, progressive and tightly managed medium sized business, including: monthly reporting, annual budget preparation, financial modelling, cash flow reporting and statutory accounts
• High adaptability and influencing skills to manage change
• Fluent in Burmese and English preferred
• Ability to develop and improve report formats in line with business
• Ability to deliver accurate, high quality work and reports to deadlines and to required standards
• At least 7 years overall experience in leadership positions with financial/management accounting environment
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation.
• Able to communicate with cross functional heads at advisory role and coach to develop personal skill of the junior and senior accountants.
• Proficiency in accounting software and must be use with Accounting Software
• Good personal skill (Communication skill, problem solving skill, coaching and leadership).
