Job description
• Keep fixed asset’s original ownership documents and listing in corporate asset register
• Plan and organize for seasonal religious events
• Organise Annual Board Meeting (as Coy. Sec.)
• Prepare for annual business report to BOD and present
• Check for and process all incoming mail
• Bank relation: serve for Executive Director’s (other personal incomes & expenditure) cash transaction deposit and withdrawal
• Facilitate Executive Director’s properties (personal apartment) and other businesses affair external process related with agencies, government offices\
• For Executive Director’s appointed external relation processes, action follow up and report in time
• Monitoring & reporting of information posted on all government websites, parliament websites, released notes, changes to laws and rules & regulations
• Taking meeting minutes & distribution meeting minutes and follow up action plans according to meeting minutes
• Attend and participate in regular meetings to discuss Group Strategy and how Company Secretariat can contribute
• Actively participate in the AYSW Group Strategy Management process of Daily Flash / Monthly Dashboard / Quarterly BSC reports and meetings)
• Action follow up for Executive Director’s direct instructions
• Chairman and Executive Directors' domestic and oversea trip plan arrangement (visa processes, flight & hotel reservation)
• Perform external correspondent duties as required
Desired Skills and Expertise
Education Level of Bachelor Degree or higher.
Experience of minimum 5~7 years in managerial role
Must have demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Pleasant personality and excellent communication.
Good command of English is a must.
Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work with their procedures.
Ability to motivate team and simultaneously manage several tasks
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail).
Able to work with flexibility and under pressure.
Language skills
English (Excellent/ Native speaker)
