Currently, there are “G&G” stores at various townships in Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay.

Job description

Prepare Employment Contract for newly recruited employee for systematic, payroll and administration.
Strong understanding of Employment policy & labor law and procedure.
Must have job knowledge concern HR responsibility and accountability and able to implement T&D plan.
Public relations ability, the ability of dealing with emergencies; the degree of team spirit, strong sense of responsibility.
Calculate SSB and make sure it has done on time.
Manage and follow up for uniform process.
Prepare and update personal file.
Prepare and follow up for petty cash function for all departments.
Engage with suppliers issue such as receiving process and issue, payment process etc..
Manage and follow-up for Government billing process.
Liaise with Accounting Department & Finance Departments for all advance and claim.
Review and suggest administrative staff Job Descriptions to HR & Adm Manager
Strong analysis, problem solving skills, clear thinking, consider the problem carefully;
Strong interpersonal communication, coordination, organizational skills and a high degree of team spirit, strong sense of responsibility.
Conduct class room training (Rule & Regulation, Grooming & Hygiene, Safety Awareness, Daily process, store layout/display, IT process, Cashier process, Stock ordering and receiving process, Checking stock expiry date and follow up, Labeling, Cleaning awareness, Record keeping including attended and stock keeping)
Desired Skills and Expertise
Any Graduate and hold related diploma/ certificate is preferred.
Must have (3) years of administrative work experience and skills;
Must be live in Mandalay.
Fluent in writing, reading, spoken Burmese ability, skilled use of office software, office automation equipment;
Language skills
English (Advanced)
