Job description
• Handle employee attendance finger print and door lock.
• Check the daily attendance of all employees both manually and via HR Software.
• Prepare and calculate the monthly status report for attendance data such as late, leave, and OT.
• Prepare and handle the duty roster of HR/Admin team and check the duty rosters of other teams (clinical/ non-clinical) informed by respective team leaders.
• Prepare the SSB process, Personal Income Tax Process and Employment Contract Process
• Give the orientation training for the new comer of employees
• Arrange the internal and external training as necessary requirements for trainer and other trainee needs in clinic
• Update employees’ biodata and report to head office monthly.
• Submit monthly report
• Handle and control expense claim process.
• Coordinate and organize with HR/ AD team for events (such as donation, any activities for employees, annual trip, Careers fairs if needed to assist)
• To solve the problems about the discipline, warning and etc. for the employee who breaks the policies & procedures by coordinating with HR manager and relevant HOD, and sometimes senior management and record it
• To arrange & take responsibility for employee i n-house medical insurance
• Perform other duties assigned as necessary
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Any Graduate
• Prefer Diploma in Human Resources Management
• At least over 3-year experience in related field
• Have knowledge on labor law
• Presentation Skills
• Good communication skills and Ability to work in team, also independently
• Can work flexibly in case of urgency
• Good computer literacy
• Good English Skills
• Can work under pressure
• Able to travel
• Willingness to learn new things
