Job description
• Prepare to release internal orders and instructions in concern of Chairman and ED according to business requirement
• As mention on corporate QMS manual, monitoring departments’ filing system practice and supervising
• Dispatch: release and received letter systematically filing
• Summarize internal audit finding report and re-report to Chairman and ED, based on that report take instructions from Chairman and ED and follow up action till to processes finish
• Organize for QMS preparation processes and contribute in implementation processes either
• Work with Group HR and other relevant areas to manage disciplinary process as needed
• Organize Annual Board Meeting (as Coy. Sec.)
• Prepare for annual business report to BOD and present
• Noting meeting minutes of audit committee meeting and management meeting, report to Chairman, Executive Director, BODs and action follow up
• Attend and participate in regular meetings to discuss Group Strategy and how Company Secretariat can contribute
• Actively participate in the AYSW Group Strategy Management process of Daily Flash / Monthly Dashboard / Quarterly BSC reports and meetings)
• Coordinate when external auditing (ISO surveillance audit) for ISO practice applied
• Complete ISO process for Company Secretariat
• Ensure all Company Secretariat PPP projects are on time and on budget
• Follow up with Company Secretariat team to ensure that any improvements to operations have been implemented
• Take positive / negative feedback from employees back to Company Secretariat / Enterprise / Group
• As instructed by BOD, circulate reports and policies as needed
Desired Skills and Expertise
Education Level of Bachelor Degree or higher.

Experience of minimum 5~7 years in managerial role
ISO certification (any specialty)
Must have demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Result oriented with high integrity in management.
Pleasant personality and excellent communication.
Good command of English is a must.
Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work with their procedures.
Ability to motivate team and simultaneously manage several tasks
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail).
Able to work with flexibility and under pressure.
Language skills
English (Excellent/ Native speaker)
