• Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
• Daily cold calls and making customer list
• Follow up customer and support them
• Any other duties when assigned by Management. (If necessary)

• Bachelor of Computer Science (OR) Graduated from IT related School or Universities
• Fluent in Japanese
• Strong Desire in Sales & Marketing
• Presentation & Public Speaking Skill
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Google Sheet
• Good in English 4 Skills

• Salary is negotiable
