Job description
• This is a Sales Profession position.
• Responsible for the management of all Business Development opportunity, including matters concerning Warehousing and Logistics services such as Freight and Transportation Management, Customs and Trade Compliance managing large key accounts, marketing, sales of both broad-based and niche logistics services including performing market research. prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets.
• Responsible in identifying new business opportunities and through developing existing and new business accounts.
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Degree holder in any field.
- More than 5 years field sales experience in Logistics Sales and warehousing or other industry such as F&B, Pharma, FMCG, E-Commerce, Hospitality service and, with freight forwarding, transportation and distribution experiences are desired.
- Highly-motivated individual with good contract logistics and supply chain management skill-sets, capable of developing compelling value propositions that foster strong relationships.
- Strong background knowledge in Sales and Business development. In addition, is familiar with trend and development of warehousing, transportation.
- Disciplined and independent, ability to develop and manage sales plan and budget
- Ability to understand customer's needs and turning the company's service advantages to customer's benefits. Selling value added 3PL solutions
- Diplomatic skills to be used in front of the customers
- Confidence in undertaking presentations to vast number of people at different level
- Analytic skills to review both financial and operational data.
- Proven Negotiation Skills complied with the ability to close business wins.
- Customer oriented & team player
- Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, Excel and some other PC applications
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline where needed
- Able to travel both internal and abroad
- Good time management techniques
- Good understanding of financial planning
- Excellent reporting abilities
- Deep skills and commitment on teamwork and collaborative effort.

English (Advanced)
