• Responsible for NOC and managing Fiber Team including infrastructure and operation activities to deliver the results what is set up by Management Team
• Responsible for technical Documentation Procedures and Filing Documents for Fiber and Wireless Project
• Manage Fiber and Wireless Team in terms of Network Quality Improvement
• Responsible for network infrastructure for Fiber Projects such as OTF, OLT, Chasis Installations, Access Point Installation
• Responsible for all functions related NOC Matters for Fiber and Wireless
• Responsible for managing to solve technical errors and responsible to deliver information for the error to customer service
• Handling Customer Complaints from customers
• Communicate with sales team, finance team and customer service team
•Supervise and provide guidance to supervisors, NOC engineers on daily basis
•Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve network or customer problems
•Provide reports of network and customer status to relevant parties according to standard guidelines
•Escalate and make decision on emergency situation
•Plan, review and approve Network Operation activities
•Arrange training for NOC duty engineers
• Responsible to be in Field as needed.
• To perform as assigned according to job requirements

• 4-5 years of experience network equipment in an ISP environment, a large NOC or other such company associated with networking
• Knowledge of telecom and IT concepts
• Strong reporting skills
•Knowledge in IP networking
•Knowledge in Deskside
•Holding of Cisco CCNA / CCNP / MCSA / MCSD / MCSE certification is preferred
• Mikrotik/Cisco certification preferred but not required
• Good communication, social, and interpersonal skills
• Good writing, editing, and speaking skills in Myanmar and English language
• Rigorous and pay attention to details
• Well versed in MS Office
• Able to work in shift duty
