• Ensure achieve 100% completion of PM with Zero Overdue RH's
• Ensure to achieve 100% PM on ITSM/COS
• Ensure to follow up of Site Cleaning (Spray) on every Site
• Need to raise consumables demand every month 15th
• Need to complete updates on ITSM every week (Wednesday and Friday)
• Ensure to get schedule form each FS for weekly supervised PM/ Training on weekly basis
• Ensure to maintain Quality PM by reviewing ITSM Photos and QHSE visits findings
• Compile MS fee data every month 25th
• Ensure closure of PM Snags in next month PM cycle
• Close monitoring on RMS Activity, Fuel sensor rectification
• Ensure to closure on all open WCC with client and the invoice
• Plan and arrange team to visit on reopened RMS- fuel sensor cases and replacement of spares
• Daily and weekly monitoring the performance on RMS Project
Certification in Microsoft
Must have strong knowledge in Operation & Maintenance
Must have related experience
English 4 skills is a must
