Job description
• Keep fixed asset’s original ownership documents and listing in corporate asset register
• Prepare for CSD expense advanced request
• Serve for other departmental requirement processes
• Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings, taking minutes of those meetings, checking the agreed actions during meeting are carried out.
• For Monthly BSC meeting, to collect data from HODs and check last BSC Meeting's action items
• Collect agendas from HODs 1 Day before meeting. Agendas received from HODs and presented to the ED prior to the meeting time.
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
• Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
• acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
• Act as the point of contact between the HODs and internal/external clients and remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• To collect documents from all employee to get sign from MD, Director and need to submit to ED, Director on behalf of other employees.
• Writing Office Letters.
• Send information to the HODs as directed by the Executive Director
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Any Graduate
Language skills
English (Excellent/ Native speaker)
