Job description
• Advertise and sell the Organic Agricultural product via Social Media Channel. • Promptly reply customer enquiry and collect customer order in good manner.
• Solve customer complaints patiently and accurately.
• Manage and monitor the delivery service in timely manner according to the customer requirements.
• Record the sales data systematically and regularly report to supervisor.
• Prepare commercial posts by writing contents and create design.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Can able to use Social Media Channels skillfully. • Excellent in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
• Basic technical skill in Graphic Design (eg. Canva, Photoshop, etc).
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Hit monthly sales target and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn
• Prefer Bachelor or Diploma in Agricultural Science
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field
Language skills
Myanmar (Excellent/ Native speaker) and English (Pre-intermediate)
