Job description
• Manage the sales target of Branch & Hub to get the sales achievement.• Supervised and manage the daily operations such as (Promotion , customer feedback)
• Coach and Motivate the staff in order to achieve the department KPI and sales target.
• Breakdown of sales target by channel with alignment with Operation Manager.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Any Graduate with Sale & Marketing (or) Operation Management Certificate .• At Least (2)Year Experience in Operation Management.
• Age Between (25-35) .
• Computer skill literacy, can be used Microsoft thoroughly.
• Willing to Travel within Myanmar.
