• Lead and support forecasting and planning for the operation processes which consist of going meetings, scheduling, giving training and logistics.
• Manage the delivery of services to customers in a timely manner.
• Manage and monitor the waste data entry in excel and dashboard.
• Manage factory operations process and monitor the projects timeline
• Corporate with Admin Team to monitor the performance of outsource manpower and external providers.
• Manage and control the inventory purchasing, storage and issue.
• Create and execute action plans to improve the operations district KPI’s.
• Well able to work with cross team to discuss the issues and strong communication skills
• Maintain and improve operational processes by monitoring system performance identifying, resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, completing waste auditing and analysis.
• Empower team to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
• Communicate regularly with management team members within the organization.
• Plan and implement that to perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.

• Must have the bachelor degree in any subject:
• Proven 3 years’ experience in logistic operations or factory production.
• Excellent communications & presentation skills
• Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customer business and requirements
• Customer Services Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership Skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Excellent English 4 skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Having good knowledge in QMS (ISO 9001:2015) will be preferred

Myanmar (Excellent/ Native speaker) and English (Pre-intermediate)
