Supreme is in collaboration with and develops joint venture with MNCs in Power Sector (Power Transmission, Power Generation), Real Estate, Hotels, Dairy Farm and Agriculture Sector. We are also trading commodities, machineries, chemicals and general products. Organizational development Manager of Supreme Trading Co; Ltd, Myanmar having deep expertise in Organizational Development and who can adopt internal and external best practices to design and develop a specific HR product, processes needed to deliver the culture , capability , behaviors and performance along with hands on knowledge on strategic business agenda and competitive advantage.

We are in collaboration and develop joint venture with MNCs in Power Sectors, Water & Waste Water Treatment Projects, Real Estate Development, Dairy Farm, Hotel Project and Agriculture Sectors.

• To succeed in planning and monitoring departments in planning. (Management Plan, Marketing & Sales Plan, Operation & Development Plan, Business Development Plan, PR Plan, etc.)
• Effective use of Management Systems, Co-od, and Upgrade to drive departments and coordinate activities.
• To use Database as most effective and to perform Planning-related Research &Development.
a) Checking data from Sale &Marketing and PR and setting up guidelines to operate research & development activities properly.
b) Arranging Review, Strategy to make Competitive Edge according to the Client &competitor Data Base line and setting up Target Cost, Target Tech. [Report to DCEO]
c) Organize Integrated & Synchronized Categories and make Effective Plans and Support.
d) Effectively in-time organize Government Polity, Trend, Plan, Strategy and make Strategic Plans and Approach for the company.
• To succeed Business Unit's Workforce/HR Targets and to be Job Fit. (In connection with HODs, HR departments) (+5 Pillar Management to succeed.)
• To succeed in business Unit's Culture, Core Value and to enter the Budget.

• At Least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in from Power and Energy Sector.( 1+ year of proven experience at a Manager level and above.)
• Ability to understand technical concepts, tender questions, and commercial knowledge.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a good attitude.
• Excellent English skills (4 Skills) & computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Able to travel and stay in both main Office and branch office
