• Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customer’s demands
• Accountability to customers’ fields to do
• Prepare the training if clients want
• Working closely with BD team on proposals and pitches for business
• Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
• Working closely with customers to understanding and capture requirement
• Attending meeting with BD Team’s leader and acting as a technical expert
• Putting together business case for the BD team to support their proposals
• Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
• Providing ongoing support for customer post implementation
• Replying to customers following requests for information and proposals requests

• Minimum 1 Year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Manage the generation of high quality, detailed technical documentation and presentations.
