Job description
- Responsible for the management of all sales and marketing opportunity, including matters concerning total integrated logistics, freight and transportation management, customer services, customs and trade compliance.
- The incumbent has an overall top line accountability and key account management responsibility, new business Tender (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and day to day sales and customers visits.
- To promote and sell our logistics full suite of contract logistics and supply chain solutions services in Myanmar.
- In addition, from time to time you may be required to work on ad-hoc project or assignment.
- As a Leader, you will jointly develop plans with other sales personnel– to organize , lead and control (i.e. measure and monitor).
- Directly accountable for realizing PCL gross profit target.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Diploma or Degree holder in any field, prefer to understand and written English.
• 3 to 5 years Field sales experience in Contract Logistics Sales and warehousing or other industry such as F & B, Pharmacy, Hospitality services. And, with freight forwarding, transportation and distribution experiences are desired.
• Can develop and manage the business plan and budget of a large business unit. Preferably with existing customer base.
• Strong background knowledge in Sales and Business development. In addition, is familiar with trend and development of warehousing, transportation and contract logistics type of software is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Deep skills and commitment on teamwork and collaborative effort.
• Serves as the main sales contact point for prospects and the sales account owner for prospects and customers assigned to him / her from head office.
• Highly-motivated individual with strong contract logistics and supply chain management skill-sets, capable of developing compelling value propositions that foster strong relationships.
• Selling value added 3 PL solutions, including customs brokerage, vendor management, services, consolidation/CFS, warehousing & distribution.
• Find & develop qualified leads, then convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers. Continuously keep the sales pipeline full with deals at various types and stages, including fresh/new (qualified) leads/introductions, mid and late stage sales life cycle targets. The ideal sales pipeline will always be full with a wide variety of desired account types, company sizes, diversified industries, transaction vs. strategic business and services offered.
• Engages prospects and customers to present the company services, always furthering relationships up the value continuum towards the advisory (value added role). Advocates for both the company and the customer, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships.
• Performs regular (daily) visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company’s revenue, market share and profitability. Builds relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations.
