Job description
• Managing appointment and meeting schedule of MD
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Reminding MD for the important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Collating and filing expenses
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients / suppliers.
• Developing goals for organization and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or relative fields
• Must have (3) years experiences in related field.
• Strong Communication skills in both English and Myanmar
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organization skill
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
