Polymer Co., Ltd was established in November, 1991 and one of the leading developer and distributor in polyurethane foam (PU), spring mattresses, foam mattresses, molded foams and sofa settees which are made locally.

Job description
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages.
• Arrange meetings, and travel reservations.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
• Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• Locate and attach appropriate files.
• Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
• Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work.
• Manage projects, and contribute to committee and team work.
• Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
• Order and dispense supplies. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Prepare and mail checks and hand in reports.
• Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Experience - Fresh graduate are welcome. Experience in similar field will be an advantage.
• Education - Any graduate. Degree in business administration or management will be an advantage.
• Language - Fluent English skill.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Presentation skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
• The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks and workload.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Teamwork.
• Reliability and honesty.
