- Cash collections/ payments, cheque issuance
- SOA sending and follow up to customers/ overseas partners
- Weekly cash report to Superior officer
- Monthly AR/AP aging report to Superior officer
- Monthly sales performance and operating expenses to Superior officer
- Monthly Financial statement (P&L and Balance sheet) and Management report
- Quarterly Report to Superior officer (Trail Balance, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet)
• Male/Female
• Minimum 3 years in Accounting field
• Good personality
• Experience in work immediately / with short notice
• Able to handle full set account independently
• Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Any Accounting Software.
• Able to communicate English is additional advantage.
- Salary is Negotiable.
- Saturday/Sunday closed.
