Activities

• Beat Planning and EPC bill payment planning in co-oriniation with Project Manager
• Customer interface for any critical emergency filling requirement
• Reconciliation of Fuel filling and EPC bill Payments
• Task assignment to each field team in co-ordination with QTASK coordinator
• Quality Checks / audit report analysis
• Filling Vs Consumption based on CPH
• Change in beat plan as per CPH readings
• Getting Inputs from various feeds to check that exact amount of fuel is filled
• Recognizing new opportunities and optimizing the processes
• EPC master data , Maintaining the EPC bills Meter reading, EPC Amount , Due date of payment , Paid Amount, Payment date
• Regular contact with customers regarding gas service issues and concerns in order to maintain appropriate customer service levels
• MIS to Customer

• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Fuel Filling Management, Coordination, and Customer Front Ending etc.
• Should have background of Telecom Tower Fuel Filling, Fuel Management Process.
• Should have good skills in Microsoft Excel & Data Preparation and Management.
• Should be ready to work under the pressure.
• Should have good communication skills.
