• Digital Minds is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer.
• As a Senior graphic Designer, you will lead a team, digital-first, multi-disciplinary creative team.
• You should be deeply familiar with thevarious digital platforms and possess an impressive portfolio of work across them.
• The role calls for full cycle creative problem solving, from ideation to execution.
• As a team leader, you would be responsible for efficiently managing your resources,meeting deadlines, and ensuring the overall quality of work.
• You will collaborate closely with the strategy and client servicing managers to ensure that client briefs are answered effectively and innovatively.

•3+ years of creative experience of which at least 1 year should be digital focussed
• An art background, while not mandatory, would be an advantage
• Experience of leading a creative team at a leading agency
• A deep knowledge of digital and social media
• A knack for design, creative thinking, and innovation
•Work under the direction of the Account/ Operations Manangers/ Client
Account team and the wider team to understand their creative briefs and
agree on deadlines for delivery
•Must have creative idea for any brands
•Proactively contributing to the well-being of the team
•Organise workflow and report back on issues as they arise
