The Company was established by enthusiastic and energetic engineers aiming to serve its customers with outstanding services. The Company offers a range of engineering and contracting services that start from surveying, engineering design and drafting, project cost estimation to construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, general renovation work, interior decoration work and Infrastructure civil work and earthwork.
With the workforce of having international experience, the company is carrying out Mechanical, Electrical and Piping design and installation work which includes Electrical Power Distribution system of High Voltage to Low Voltage, Plumbing and Sanitary system, Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation system, Security and Communication system and Disaster prevention system like Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting etc.

• Prepare design, proposal, various budgetary and detail estimates for submission to clients
• Ensure correct drawings, bills of quantities, standard and specifications are submitted for various RFQ in time
• Ensure the project information and all bidding documents are well-organized and kept in control
• Support Procurement team during purchase to meet specifications, help to define suppliers’ availability within time and budget constraint
• Sourcing subcontractor with required qualification and making interviews/assessments, evaluations and price negotiation
• Check and verify completed works for payments to suppliers/sub-contractors
• Perform cost analysis and control the project budget
• Support admin team with contractual claims to clients
• Inform, record and claim VO to clients
• Work as part of Project Team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

• Holder of ME, BE, AGTI (Electrical & Electronic Engineering Background)
• Age between 25 ~ 40 years
• Minimum 3 years experiences in tender/QS role with Building Services MEP projects
• Candidates with international project experience are preferred
• Must have good computer skills and English skills both written and oral
• Able to visit project sites if required
• Must be proactive, self–motivated and be a team player
• Energetic personality with ability to work in a demanding and creative environment.
