• Lead respective QS Team to perform cost analysis, prepare various budgetary estimates from all the bill of quantities for all costs estimates
• Ensure all bidding documents are well-kept in confidential control in respective Database Server by respective bidding team
• Perform periodic work rate analysis based on the actual implementation costs and ensure analyzed new rates are available across all QS Engineers to be used in all new bids
• Keep awareness in various standards employed for various contracts with clients and ensure the bills of quantities and specifications are in line with the required standards
• Lead the Bidding team

Summary of Responsibility Scope:

Sr. QS Engineer is responsible for leading a team of QS Engineers for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. They are responsible to lead in costing preparations, work estimate preparation, Quantities identification, Risk identification and verification when responding bid invitation from customers. They are responsible to lead a team of bid document preparation and perform strategic role in making analysis of previous bids as well as implemented projects to seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

Job Specifications:

• ME, BE, AGTI (Electrical & Electronic Engineering Background)
• Age between 35 ~ 40 years
• Minimum 7 to 8 years experiences in Power Utility System with at least 3 to 4
• years in Power Transmission and Distribution Implementation & Maintenance
• Must have computer literate and able to communicate English Language
• Able to travel within Myanmar
