• Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services
• Integrate servers and systems including storage, database, e-mail systems, DNS and DHCP systems, Apache web server, IDS, backup servers, monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Solar wind, Cacti, Nagios and their associated software into enterprise systems.
• Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.

• At least 2 years and above of System Engineer.
• Qualification BCSC and equivalent . Must be a certification RHCE and equivalent
• Lead technical discussion and meeting with customer for regular and ad-hoc basic
• Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis for customers to ensure SLA to customers
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
• Willing to work in extended hours and on duty as needed.
• Willing to travel based on duty roaster and if required.
• Ability to work with customers on resolution of technical issues under pressure.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
• Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
